Dear
conference participants, you can book a taxi for transfer from the
airport to the hotel. If you need a transfer you have to send an
e-mail to info@taxana.ru with the information on your flight number,
time of arrival, hotel address(or hotel name), your name and your
mobile phone number. A price of the transfer is 950 rubles (about
27euro).
There could be two possibilities:
1) after the arrival the driver will call you and come to the airport
in several minutes
2) the driver can wait for you right at the exit gate from the custom
with your name on the tablet. In this case you will have to pay additional
money for parking of the car (about 3 euro per hour).
The payment should
be done in cash.
